Time to tidy up.

I think this title is misleading.

What do you think of when you hear tidying up?

I think of 10 minutes of scampering around the house collecting the odd and ends toys that the kids leave out, a few cups throughout the house, maybe a few pieces of dirty laundry that need to be put away, wiping down the sinks. Maybe I'm in the minority. Tidying up is not a whole house renovation and clear out, is it?

Maybe it is. I've been reading THE book on tidying up. Maybe you've heard of it? It's called "The life changing magic of tidying up." You can find it here. In this book, Marie Kondo teaches her readers how to "tidy." The kind of tidy she means, though, is how to get rid of all the crap you don't actually need or want so you are free to live life the way you actually want to. And it's LIBERATING! I've decided to start journaling it here in hopes to share this feeling with you.

Follow my blog to see my progress as I begin to tidy and hopefully inspire you to do the same! It feels so good to let stuff go!
